Truly Show-Stopping 1972 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am Coupe

The next amazing classic up for grabs in our Fairfield showroom is this gorgeous 1972 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am 2 Door Coupe with white exterior paint and a very rare white vinyl interior.  This spectacular muscle car features a factory correct 455 cid HO V-8 engine under the hood with a 4-speed manual transmission and it comes equipped from the factory with power windows, power brakes, power steering, tilt wheel steering, a full center console and Honeycomb wheels with 60 series Firestone wide oval raised letter tires.

This incredible, show stopping 1972 Pontiac Firebird is one of a handful produced in the white/white combination with the 455 motor and a manual gearbox.  It has full PHS documentation on file to prove its authenticity and it is one of the most gorgeous examples we’ve ever seen.

Full Rotisserie Restoration & Complete PHS Documentation

The current owner of this 1972 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am took possession last year shortly after a full rotisserie restoration was completed restoring this incredible classic back to like new condition both inside and out.  As a true factory white on white example with all the major original equipment still in place, this vehicle was painstakingly restored from the ground up.  The body panels were smoothed to perfection with show quality paint while all the mechanicals were sorted and fully restored.  The undercarriage is truly immaculate while the engine bay appears exactly as it did on the original showroom floor- this ’72 Trans Am will absolutely take your breath away.

Additionally, this 1972 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am Coupe has a meticulously clean interior that’s as picture perfect as they come- the immaculate white vinyl against the black center panel and carpeting stands out as nicely as any classic color combo we’ve ever witnessed.  The PHS documentation aligns with this rare build to show that it’s been restored true to factory specifications throughout, including factory gauges, the correct steering wheel and AM/FM radio.

In terms of performance, this 1972 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am is simply incredible with world-class acceleration, handling, stopping power and overall ride quality- it feels like a brand new classic on the open road.  The asking price may well be too conservative for such a rare, desirable classic that’s been so painstakingly restored.

The Nicest Example to Be Found Anywhere Nationwide

Overall, this rare 1972 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am is the most incredible example available on the open market and Pontiac Historical Society documentation makes it all the more impressive.  This description and the photographs do not do enough to convey how spectacular this desirable muscle car is in person- you must come see it for yourself before it’s back in a private collection forever.  For more information about this vehicle, visit our Fairfield, California showroom, give us a call at 707-706-2163, or email us at [](mailto:).  Be sure to mention Stock # F13398 as well.

Legal Disclosures: Specialty Sales Classics has advertised and sold thousands of classic cars since our founding in 1978. We strongly encourage any and all buyers who are unable to view the vehicle in-person to perform a Pre-Purchase Inspection (by an independent party of their choosing) prior to the purchase.  Given the age of many of our vehicles, it is extremely difficult to adequately describe all aspects of each vehicles condition in the limited space available and we have learned that these Pre-Purchase Inspections are helpful to all parties involved.

The information presented for this vehicle is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed as a basis of purchase.  The Buyer should make a thorough, independent inspection and investigation of the vehicle prior to purchase.

About Specialty Sales Classics – Fairfield
OUR MISSION IS SIMPLE

•  To be the globally acknowledged best place to buy or sell a classic, exotic or collector vehicle. To give our buyers the benefits of buring directly from the vehicle's owner while removing any and all selling-related hassle from that owner.

WHY TRUST IN SPECIALTY SALES CLASSICS?
Since our founding in 1978, Specialty Sales Classics has prided itself on providing exceptional customer service, loyalty, and dedication to each and every one of our clients and their vintage vehicles. In fact, we have built such a strong reputation throughout the world that we can usually sell classic, performance, vintage, or exotic vehicles very quickly. Here are a few more reasons to trust your classic to Specialty Sales Classics:

•  To build customer relationships with professionalism, technology, industry knowledge and strong business ethics.

•  To attract and retain the highest caliber employees possible.

•  We handle every aspect of the consignment process for you. Everything from global advertising, to honest appraisals, to finding a buyer, is performed in-house by our vintage car experts. Our staff is here to serve you and we take that responsibility very seriously.

•  Although we gladly assist our customers in determining a fair price for their vehicle, the final decision on the listing price is ultimately yours. Likewise, we will bring all legitimate offers to you for consideration and allow for you to decide when the price is right.

•  Our dedicated sales staff is just as passionate about classic and performance vehicles as you are and they are going to take the time to learn every possible aspect of your car or truck. They will treat your vehicle like it was their own and that's really the secret to how we sell so many vehicles.

•  As you probably already know, the San Francisco Bay area is a mecca for classic automobiles and that's exactly why we serve our customers out of this region. More rust-free vintage rides come out of Northern California than anywhere else in the world.

•  The main reason you should trust Specialty Sales Classics to sell your vehicle, however, is because we love your ride just as much as you do and we have buyers all over the globe that share our passions as well. We will advertise your classic on hundreds of websites, inform our network of collectors throughout the world, and never stop working until we get your vehicle sold. That's our promise to you.
