This 1976 Triumph TR6 is Britian’s pride and joy to the rest of the world. With a total of 91000 built and less than 9000 staying in the UK the car is better known across the pond than in the UK. With its 2.5 liter straight 6 with the split manifold supporting dual carbs feeding the straight 6 plenty of fuel as needed. The rear independent suspension was groundbreaking for the time keeping with Britian’s philosiphy of great handling precision cars. The stock 15' wheels do a great job of covering up the disc brakes up front. The convertible soft top tucks away nicely under the soft cover which hides the canvas top nicely when not in use. With the 76 Model being the last of TR6’s this truly is the model to get. This beauty has a very nice and clean interior with the bucket seats being very comfortable with the 4 speed shifter located in the perfect spot. Put in the clutch and as you release it you can feel just how good it feels with plenty of play this 4 speed is ready for the gears to be gone thru. Rather that be on the open road or down a back twisty country road she is ready for whatever you throw at her. This is truly a gentleman’s car with the steering being of the utmost precision as a true British car should be. That straight six ask to be in upper rpm range which is where you really feel the hp and torque come in to play. Options on this 1973 British beast or Triumph TR6 include, AM/FM/CD, Manual Convertible Top, Leather Interior, Radial Tires with Rally Wheels, Seat belts, and a Numbers Matching Engine. [ omitted ].
