1967 Harley Davidson XLCH Sportster. This is a cool bike and it is loaded with nothing but the best parts and OEM 7 spoke black wheels look really good on it and the engine is beautiful on this bike with perfect numbers and vin pad and matching case numbers which is rare on the Pre 1970 900’s. I see no broken fins and no repairs on the cases or anywhere just a beautiful engine. Please view all of the photos carefully for the exact condition and exactly what you are getting. I will do my best to mention everything I can or know about the bike so please read the entire listing and view all of the photos carefully. I also show photo with the primary cover removed so you can see how clean and nice inside the primary case. I believe everything was replaced inside with new components. Please Do Not Hit The Buy It Now Unless You Have Money In Hand And Ready To Purchase! Thanks in advance! This is one tough unique bike and is super low almost too low. It has a bolt on hardtail on it so if you wanted to put back on a swingarm and raise it up and have shocks it would be very easy to do so. I received this in a trade guy that I received it from dumped tons of money into it. He had the top end rebuilt and he told me that it has less than 10-20 miles on it and guy was a straight as the come young military guy and I already owned it when he told me history. He was more interested in building it than riding it. He had a local Jacksonville NC shop Combat Cycles do the engine rebuild. Also put all new electrics on the bike including Cycle Electrics Generator, Dyna Coil, Mallory Billet Distributer, everything in the primary rebuilt new clutches, primary chain & basket, Upsweep drag pipes, spring seat and a very unique Springer Front End called Grasshopper style by many.
The guy was inexperienced and had just got it put together and did a low speed left side dive. If you look closely has dent on left side of the tank and as you can see the left grip and clutch perch (clutch cable there and wired up just need the perch) which you will need to purchase and bent the left side foot control and snapped the weld but looks like a clean brake and totally fixable which does come with it and I include a photo of the extra parts that come with the bike including the broken left had foot control, Arlen Ness Super Sucker air cleaner and chrome air cleaner cover and it has a newer model CV oe carburetor on it. The bike has been sitting now for a couple months since this or the las time it has been run during the winter, so what was a new battery will need to be charged or possibly replaced but probably charge right up but not sure, obviously foot control fixed or swapped out and clutch perch and grip installed and carburetor cover installed timed and tuned but you are getting a hell of a deal for a 1967 XLCH with a rebuilt engine and these components. I also want to make note because hard to see and can be controversial the gas tank has ghosted SS logos on each side. It is tone on tone so you have to look very close to see or notice. Just wanted to make mention so no surprises when you receive it. I have listed a lot of bikes on eBay and have a lot of happy customers so bid with confidence that I have told you everything I know to the best of my abilities and knowledge. Please as mentioned have money ready to purchase and please pay the deposit within 24 hours and final payment within the week. If you are not picking up the bike in person shipping is 100% your responsibility to arrange and pay for. I will help if needed and will be here to meet and help transporter whenever they arrive. International buyers are fine and I realize shipping will take longer just make sure payment is made within the time frames. I require a small $300 deposit due immediately via PayPal and the balance must be paid by cash in hand or bank transfer or wire. I will also accept certified bank checks but they will require longer clearing times before bike can be picked up approximately two weeks. I bank with both Bank Of America and Well Fargo if transferring and either is better for you I can supply that information. I have a clear correct Illinois title in hand and if your not picking up the bike I will send it to you via USPS Next Day Air and will pay for once payment is cleared and shipping is arranged. Also one last note please if shipping this arrange as quick as you can just do not want it dragging out for months without the bike being picked up. If you need shipping recommendations please just ask and I can give you some options to weigh out. Thanks in advance and if you have any questions just send me a message and I will get right back to you. Obviously no warranties at all and selling as is just as you see it not running or currently operational.
